PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

Eligibility. Employees and/or Board members of Ocean Communities Federal Credit Union (OCFCU) and their immediate families are not eligible for the drawing. No purchase necessary. Limit of one entry per day for individual drawings. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age as of the day of the drawing.

Drawing and Notification. Daily Prize Drawings will take place at noon on October 14th, 15th, 16th, and 17th. Grand Prize Drawing will be held at noon on October 18th. The winner will be determined by a random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail. The value of the prizes includes shipping and handling.

General Conditions. All national, state and local laws/regulations are applicable. All taxes (including income taxes) are the sole responsibility of winners.

Disclaimers. Participants agree that OCFCU and any person or organization involved in the development, production, implementation, and distribution of this drawing shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use of prizes, participation in drawing, or any technical malfunctions of the computer system, other equipment, or any combination thereof, or any misdirected entries or delayed receipt. OCFCU reserves the right to modify the rules of the drawing in any way, or at any time, and to cancel the drawing without reason.

IT IS THE PARTICIPANT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL INFORMATION WHICH ACCOMPANIES PRODUCT PRIZES CONCERNING USE, RISK, AND MAINTENANCE. OCFCU reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest and award the prizes among eligible entries received prior to such action if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond OCFCU control impairs the integrity of the contest, as determined by OCFCU in its sole discretion. Except where prohibited, OCFCU reserves the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, opinions, biographical information, or other information for promotional purposes in any media.

Drawing Contest

Ocean Communities Federal Credit Union is the newest financial institution in town, located at 17 Westbrook Common in Westbrook.

As part of the Grand Opening ceremonies Ocean Communities Federal Credit Union is hosting a Drawing Contest for the children of the Westbrook area. The winner will receive a $100 savings bond and a place in our Grand Opening Time Capsule! **

By Participating:

  • Your child will automatically receive a gift and be entered to win a $100 Savings Bond
  • Your child’s artwork will be prominently displayed in the branch lobby October 14th-18th at Ocean Communities Federal Credit Union’s Grand Opening celebration.

How to Participate:

  • Have a child between 3 and 10 years of age draw pictures of what Westbrook will look like 25 years in the future
  • Write the child’s first name and age on that picture
  • Come to Ocean Communities Federal Credit Union’s Westbrook Branch before October 14th and drop off the picture
  • Download entry form
  • Return the completed entry form when you drop off the picture.

The winning entry will be included in our Time Capsule!

Visit Ocean Communities Federal Credit Union’s Grand Opening ceremonies October 14th-18th to see the children’s artwork on display. You will also have the chance to meet Marty Moose! The drawing for the savings bond will be held on Saturday, October 18th at 11:45 a.m. You must be present to win!
