To enroll for CUe-Statements, simply click on the "CUe-Statements" button located on the top menu bar in OceanLink Online Banking:

Complete the required information, accept the disclosure, and click submit. You will be able to access your online statement immediately.

Cost
There is no charge for CUe-Statements

Access to CUe-Statements
There two ways to access e-Statement, you can log onto OceanLink Online Banking, then click on the Cue-Statement button on the top menu bar or click on the link that is in the notification email that is send to you when a new statement is available.

Availability of CUe-Statements
CUe-Statements will be available during the first week of the statement cycle.

CUe-Statements will be available every month or quarter for up to one year.

Email address required
The email address is needed to send an email notification that the e-Statement is available.

CUe-Statements and email notification is independent of one another. If a member does not receive their email notification, the e-Statement will still be available.

Viewing CUe-Statements
Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to view CUe-Statements. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software that can be downloaded. http://www.adobe.com

Printing CUe-Statements
By using the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, press the printer icon. You can either print the entire statement or just a particular page.

Saving CUe-Statements
By using the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, press on the diskette icon. You will then be asked where on your computer you would like to save it.

Exporting CUe-Statements
CUe-Statements cannot be saved as a text file and imported into Microsoft Word or any other text program. It can only be saved as PDF files.

Security of CUe-Statements
CUe-Statements are stored behind firewalls and are transmitted to your internet browser using 128-bit encryption. Emailing CUe-Statements is not a secure way to send your statement.

Other considerations

You can either receive a paper statement or an electronic statement. You cannot receive both.

According to regulations, we must deliver CUe-Statements to the primary account holder.

Email notifications can only be sent to one email address

If you already have a Touch Tone Teller Personal Identification Number (PIN), click the "OceanLink Login" image above. If you do not have a Touch Tone Teller PIN, contact the Ocean Communities office nearest you for enrollment information.

Ocean Communities Federal Credit Union or any of its associates like the National Credit Union Association (NCUA) will never initiate an e-mail requesting sensitive information (i.e. social security number, touch tone teller Pin, user names, passwords, or account numbers).

If you receive an e-mail that requests this type of sensitive information, you should be suspicious of it and contact Ocean Communities Federal Credit Union to verify its authenticity.

If you suspect you are a victim of an email phishing scam, contact Ocean Communities Federal Credit Union immediately by calling 800-418-1486. You can also contact the Federal Trade Commission by emailing spam@uce.gov or the Internet Fraud Complaint Center of the FBI at www.ic3.gov.

*When forwarding fraudulent email always include the entire original email with its original header information intact.
