Operations Manager.

Job Description: Ocean Communities FCU is looking for a person to manage operational activities within the Operations Department. Ensures quality, timely and accurate service and compliance with established guidelines and procedures. Responsible for the overall management of credit union facilities, vendor management, security and operational training. Essential functions and responsibilities include vendor management, contract and relationship management, record retention, policies and procedures, operational projects, training within area of responsibility, oversee CU-owned buildings and all related systems (e.g., ATM, Equips and HVAC), act as a liaison in any projects related to Facilities and/or Operations, oversee building and grounds and recommends maintenance, repairs and improvements, track expenses and participate in the recommending and budgeting of capital expenses, acts as Branch Security Officer, and other duties as assigned. Position is located in Biddeford.

Job Requirements: Five years to ten years of similar or related experience. Must have in depth understanding of and ability to interpret and keep up to date with applicable laws and regulations surrounding area of responsibility. Proficient communication skills. Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Education Requirements: A college degree is preferred.

Call Center Manager.

Job Description: Ocean Communities FCU is looking for a person to direct Call Center activity to meet goals for service, sales, productivity and quality of work for seven Call Center representatives. The position is also responsible for development of business plans and goals for call center development aligned with electronic services and overall credit union strategy. This person will also be the member advocate ensuring the member perspective is taken into account across the organization. Position is located in our Sanford branch.

Job Requirements: You must have proven leadership skills in a call center environment driving sales and service results. An ability to lead by example when taking incoming calls as well as handling escalated calls is expected. The proper candidate will have exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal. The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of this job. Problem solving and organizational skills are a must.

Call Center Representative.

Job Description: Ocean Communities FCU is looking for someone who has a history of providing exceptional customer service through sales and the desire to provide world class service to both internal and external customers to work in our Call Center, located in Sanford. This position will assist with telephone requests, consumer loan applications, explain and cross-sell products and services, and maintain a one-call environment.

Job Requirements: Enthusiasm and excitement for driving sales with superior customer service through motivational techniques and self development. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and strong written and oral communication skills. Effective problem resolution skills are a must! Previous banking experience a plus!

Lead Sales Associate.

Job Description: Ocean Communities FCU is looking for an innovative and enthusiastic person who will take the lead in promoting products and services and coach others within the organization. This person is a positive role model in delivering quality customer service, both with internal and external customers, while maintaining consistency in operation and regulatory compliance. Senior Teller.

Job Description: Ocean Communities FCU is looking for a Senior Teller to efficiently and accurately process member transactions and cross-sell CU products. Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changing situations, eager to learn, computer literate, and able to easily handle multiple tasks. Other responsibilities are to assist in the balancing of the vault and ATM, open and close the branch and assist other tellers as needed. Position is located at our Kennebunk branch.

Job Requirements: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Must have good communication skills for training, coaching and mentoring other tellers. Banking, sales and vault experience is a must and supervisory skills are preferred. Episys computer experience a plus!

Education Requirements: High School Diploma
